Reduced Clearances with the GoEco BakeChef
The GoEco Bakechef is Elegant, Raw and Versatile. Designed to be fitted with a 5" Stove pipe, there is no option for a twinwall flue right to the stove.
This could be an issue for installation due to clearances from combustable materials around the flue pipe.
This is why Chartlon & Jenrick have designed their Stoves with an option add on which is the Flue Heatshield. Allowing the installed of the Flue to comes down as little as 75mm.

With the GoEco BakeChef, Your In Control of the Cook!
Elegantly placed on the top of the stove are two easy access control. First being the air intake to the Firebox, fairly standard with any wood burning stove. The other control is for the baffle which is used to direct heat from the fire, all around the bottom stove which is utilising the draw of the flue to simply suck the heat from the firebox, all around the cooking compartment and out the flue, no smoke comes in contact with the cook compartment - But the heat is transfered nicely to get your food cooked in no time!
Features that make your life easy..
The GoEco BakeChef comes with a pair of gloves which covers your arm almost up to the elbow ensuring when your loading the firebox or the cook compartment - You stay nice and safe. Being the gloves are heat resistant and rather comfortable, you will always be keeping them nearby.
Cook Compartment Thermostat
If you've ever cooked on a wood burning stove before, keeping the temperature consistent can be challenging with no easy way to ensure the cook compartment is upto temperature - Yes we could purchase a Thermometer which hooks inside, but we all forget. Well forget not with the GoEco Bakechef, becuase this one is mounted right on the door! Never guess the temperature again!
Firebox Shelf Racks
This is one of our favourite features, When a good fire is down to embers, there is plenty of heat to be used for cooking. By taking a shelf from the bottom compartment and placing in the top Firebox, your can cook direct on the Embers, So dont pine for the summer BBQ's when you can have your BBQ inside! From cooking burgers to placing in a hot plate to sear the steak over embers, Cook the way YOU want to cook!
